Welcome to the world of culinary brilliance!

We at GNIHMCS ignite and kindle the passion towards cooking and baking in our students and help them realize their dream of becoming a chef. As the students join us they are taught the basics of Indian and continental cooking along with basics of bakery and patisserie. As the students move on to the second year they are introduced to the colorful world of Indian regional cuisine. Students learn the tricks of the trade as they learn the precise science of quantity kitchen. As the students reach their final year they are taken on a global culinary journey. From French and Italian to Chinese and Thai, our students horn their skills as they develop their aesthetic. While the students gradually get their expertise on the world of culinary they embark on a parallel journey in the world of patisserie: from cupcakes, pastries, croissants, pies, cakes and much more.
